Governance, compliance, and commitment to transparency

Strong governance is the backbone of our sustainable business model. Our Board of Directors and Sustainability Committee play a pivotal role in shaping our sustainability strategy and ensuring that our Action Plans, Policies and KPIs are aligned with international best practices. We are fully compliant with EU Taxonomy regulations since 2022 and CSRD from 2025 which includes conducting a double materiality analysis to address both financial and sustainability risks and opportunities.

We are also actively engaged in the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), working closely with our partners to ensure ethical business practices across our supply chain. By embedding these frameworks into our operational structure, we ensure that GARO Group remains transparent, competitive and prepared for the evolving demands of a sustainable economy.

Engaging Stakeholders for Success

Our sustainability strategy is built on meaningful collaboration with our key stakeholders, including customers, employees, investors, academia and the communities in which we operate. By maintaining open lines of communication and engaging with these groups, we continuously align our sustainability initiatives with market demands and expectations. This approach strengthens our relationships and fuels business growth by aligning ethical responsibility with operational excellence.
