Governance and responsibilities

The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for sustainability. Oversight and implementation are supported by executive management and the Sustainability Committee, which monitors performance, risks and progress. Sustainability is governed through policies, internal controls and reporting in line regulatory requirements.
